Ice cream is often prepared with milk or cream and comes in a variety of flavours, including vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and butterscotch, among others. Everyone adores the texture of ice cream. Ice cream comes in a variety of flavours, but the easiest to make is basic vanilla ice cream. This recipe does not require the use of an ice cream maker, and the steps are the same for every flavour of ice cream. Preparation Time: 10 Cook Time: 15 minutes Freezing time: 2-3 hours Servings: 8 Ingredients:- ? 1 cup sweet condensed milk ? 3 teaspoon vanilla extract/essence ? Pinch of salt ? 2 cups heavy cream ? Sugar as required Method:- (a). Combine vanilla essence, condensed milk, and salt in a mixing basin. Set aside for now. (b).In a large mixing basin, whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Using a spatula, alternately fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. (c).After everything has been thoroughly combined, pour the ice cream mixture into a big container and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours before serving.
